  The Promoter

  The promoter is Reggies Fishing & Hunting Supplies ABN 89 689 574 712.

  Promotion Period

  • The promotion commences at 12:01 AM on , 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 December 2026.

  • Entries received outside of this period will be deemed invalid.

   Eligibility

  • Entry is open to legal residents of New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), and the Northern Territory (NT).

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Exclusions: Directors, management, employees, and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Residents of South Australia (SA) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are strictly excluded from entering this promotion.

   How to Enter

  • To enter, eligible individuals must make a valid purchase of any product via the official website (reggiesfhs.au) during the Promotion Period.

  • Entry Multiplier: Every $10.00 AUD spent in a single or multiple cumulative eligible transactions earns exactly one (1) entry into the draw (e.g., a total spend of $17.50 equals 1 entry; a total spend of $23.00 equals 2 entries).

  • All transaction tracking and entry math will be calculated automatically by the Promoter’s system based on the final checkout value (excluding shipping costs).

  • Products must be purchased at their standard retail value. Price inflating to subsidise the cost of the promotion is strictly prohibited.

  Prize Details and Value

  • There are twelve (12) major prizes to be won.

  • Each prize consists of an exclusive invitation to join the Reggies FHS crew on an outdoor filming experience at one of the following six destinations: Narooma, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Copeton Dam, or Foster (two winners allocated per destination).

  • Each individual prize is valued at $833.00 AUD.

  • Total Prize Pool Value is $9,996.00 AUD.

  • Prize Inclusions: Standard domestic economy return travel/flights from the winner’s closest Australian capital city airport to the destination region, shared accommodation, and use of fishing equipment provided by the crew.

  • Prize Exclusions: Personal spending money, travel insurance, transport to/from the winner's local departure airport, and any food, alcohol or incidental expenses.

  The Draws

  • All entries accumulated between the start date and 11:59 PM on 31 December 2026 will be assigned to a digital drawing system.

  • January Draw: Six (6) winners will be randomly drawn at 10:00 AM AEDT on 1 January 2027.

  • July Draw (Roll-over): All remaining non-winning entries from the January draw will automatically roll over into the secondary draw. The remaining six (6) winners will be randomly drawn on 1 July 2027 at 10:00 AM AEST.

  Winner Notification and Publication

  • Winners will be contacted via the phone number and email address provided at their time of purchase within two (2) business days of the respective draw.

  • The names (first initial, surname, and postcode) of all winners will be published publicly on the official website (reggiesfhs.au) within 7 days of each draw and will remain viewable for a minimum of 30 days.

  Unclaimed Prize Redraw

  • If a prize remains unclaimed after three (3) months despite reasonable efforts by the Promoter to contact the winner, a random electronic redraw will take place on 1 April 2027 (for the January draw) and 1 October 2027 (for the July draw) at the same time and location as the original draws.

  • Redraw winners will be notified and published in accordance with Section 7.

   Media and YouTube Production Release

  • By accepting the prize, winners explicitly consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded during the trip.

  • Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and broadcast this video and photographic footage across the Reggies FHS YouTube channel, website, and social media channels for commercial and promotional purposes.

  General Conditions & Liability

  • Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Trips are subject to scheduling, local weather conditions, and strict safety compliance. The promoter reserves the right to alter travel dates or locations' itineraries if safety or weather demands it.

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and associated agencies exclude all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the utilisation of the prize.
