Exchanges & Returns
We do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selections. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit instead.
To request an exchange or return, please visit the “Exchanges/Returns” tab at the bottom of our homepage or click the link provided and follow the steps outlined. Please note, we do not accept exchanges on sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags attached. Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is received. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.
Store Credit
Store credit may be issued if you change your mind or select the incorrect size and a replacement is not available. All store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card. A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of return shipping. This fee will be waived if you are exchanging your item.
Refunds (If applicable)
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We will offer a replacement if an item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item or size was sent. If a replacement is not available or appropriate, store credit will be issued instead.
If a return includes both discounted and full-priced items, the discounted item will be issued as store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, we recommend first checking your bank account again. If it’s not there, please contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed and appear on your statement. You can also reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.
